Key Responsibilities
- Handle and supervise complete VMC Machining operations.
- Manage around 80 shop-floor operators effectively.
- Independently handle 2 to 3 production lines simultaneously.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning and quality standards.
- Monitor machine utilization, cycle time, rejection, and productivity improvement activities.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Planning departments for smooth operations.
- Maintain discipline, safety, and 5S practices on the shop floor.
- Train and guide operators for process adherence and productivity enhancement.
- Prepare production reports and daily MIS.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of VMC machining processes.
- Experience in handling large shop-floor manpower.
- Good understanding of production planning and process control.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to work under production pressure and achieve targets.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
