Sales & Business Development
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead qualification, pitching, negotiation,
and deal closure
- Convert qualified leads into revenue-generating business opportunities while
consistently achieving sales targets
- Identify, approach, and close new business opportunities independently
- Promote and sell company services including SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and
Web Design & Development
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, cold outreach, and
other channels to build a strong sales pipeline
- Analyze client pain points and propose customized, ROI-driven digital solutions
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and handle commercial discussions with clients
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business and
referrals
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Web,
Development) to deliver tailored solutions
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and successful
project handover
Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, mentor, and guide the Business Development team to ensure high performance
- Assign sales targets, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups on leads
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions
- Motivate the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals
- Recruit, train, and develop Business Development Executives (BDEs)
Strategy, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Create and implement sales SOPs, outreach strategies, scripts, and pitch decks
- Set, monitor, and report KPIs and team performance using CRM and reporting tools
- Work closely with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with service
delivery
Requirements & Skills
Experience Required :- 4+ years
targeting US-based clients
- Proven track record of closing high-value deals in SEO, PPC, Social Media
Advertising, and Web services
- Strong understanding of selling ROI-focused, results-driven digital marketing
solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for international client interactions
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar
platforms
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
