Job Responsibilities
- Assist QC inspectors in checking raw materials, printed materials, packaging products, and finished goods.
- Perform visual inspection for defects such as printing errors, color variation, scratches, wrinkles, sealing issues, and dimensional defects.
- Take samples from production batches according to QC procedures.
- Check basic dimensions, weight, thickness, GSM, and other product parameters as instructed.
- Maintain inspection and production quality records.
- Segregate and identify rejected or defective materials.
- Assist in maintaining 5S and cleanliness in the QC and production areas.
- Follow SOPs, quality standards, safety rules, and company procedures.
- Inform the QC Supervisor/Officer about any quality issues or abnormalities.
- Support QC staff during in-process and final inspections.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of quality inspection and packaging materials.
- Ability to read basic measurements and use simple measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of production and QC documentation.
- Good observation skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts and in a production environment.
- Basic communication and teamwork skills.
Qualification & Experience
- Education: 10th/12th pass or equivalent.
- Experience: 0–2 years in packaging, printing, manufacturing, or QC preferred.
- Freshers can also be considered for entry-level positions.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
