Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer with 2–4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.
The candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and hands-on experience with modern design tools and collaborative product development.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, create user personas, and perform journey mapping
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Adobe tools
- Design intuitive and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback for continuous improvement
- Design responsive interfaces ensuring consistency across devices
- Apply UX principles, accessibility standards, and interaction design best practices
- Collaborate closely with developers and product teams for seamless implementation
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries
- Improve user flows, navigation, and overall interaction experience
- Make data-driven design decisions and optimize user experience continuously
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Illustrator, Figma, Canva, and Photoshop
- Excellent understanding of UI/UX principles, typography, layouts, and color theory
- Experience in responsive web and mobile interface design
- Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and frontend concepts is an added advantage
- Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Design (B.Des) OR
- Diploma in Visual Arts / UI-UX Design / Graphic Design or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on SaaS products, web applications, or mobile apps
- Understanding of accessibility standards and modern design trends
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking process
