Job Description: The Blood Bank Nurse is responsible for supporting blood donation, donor care, blood collection, component preparation support, transfusion services, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The role involves donor screening, monitoring donor safety, maintaining accurate records, assisting in blood collection procedures, and promoting a safe and positive donor experience.

Desired Skills: Strong venipuncture and clinical assessment skills.
Understanding of donor safety, infection control, and aseptic techniques.
Ability to handle donor emergencies calmly and efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience: 1-3 years’ experience. Freshers may also apply
Education: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery) from a recognized institution.
Valid Nursing Council registration
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) will be an added advantage
