Job Requirements
- Attending calls from customer and providing on time support
- Providing support by either remote / onsite visit to customer place
- Troubleshooting of Pneumatic, Hydraulic and other mechanical system
- To plan, schedule and execute planned maintenance activities of customer machines.
- Prepare and share RCA report and Lesson learnt documents with respect Breakdown and Service support.
- Involvement for the supplier interaction to get the support for Materials status & rework.
- Onsite mechanical installation and modification activities
- New modification activity onsite understanding coordination with design team
- Machine Assembly and Automation Field
- Assembly & Troubleshooting for SPM
- Knowledge about Machining / Manufacturing Process
- Knowledge about Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- Knowledge on materials, manufacturing process and heat treatment etc.
- Providing support to Warranty and post warranty complaints for the customer request
- Tracking of customer complaints for the completion and creation of service request in the portal
- On time support to Breakdown / Major issues / ASC support
- Study for RFQ and support for concept design, BOM arrival for Quote process
- Understanding and finalization of parts specification
and sharing the details to design team • Attending DAP discussion along with customer
Work Experience
- DME / BE – Mechanical engineering
- 8-9 years / 3-4 years of experience Machine Assembly and Automation Field
