Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with colleges, universities, schools, corporate organizations, and education consultants.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers, including Principals, Directors, Deans, and International Relations departments.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn.
- Present company services and business proposals to prospective partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
- Organize education fairs, seminars, workshops, and institutional events.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of projects and events.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and business development plans.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Represent the company at conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
Skills Required
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business partnerships.
- Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Experience
- 3–7 years of experience in B2B Business Development.
- Experience in the education industry or international education sector will be an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Number of new institutional partnerships signed.
- Monthly meetings with prospective clients.
- Revenue generated through B2B partnerships.
- Number of education fairs and institutional events organized.
- Lead conversion ratio.
- Client retention and satisfaction.
- Achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
