Sales Manager – Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales of industrial water storage tanks and grain storage silos.
* Generate new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.
* Create, manage, and track the complete sales funnel through CRM.
* Conduct customer meetings, site visits, and technical-commercial discussions.
* Develop and manage channel partners, dealers, and referral networks.
* Prepare quarterly and annual sales plans and achieve assigned targets.
* Convert leads into orders through effective negotiation and relationship management.
* Coordinate with estimation, engineering, and project teams for proposal submissions.
* Maintain regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline reviews.
* Identify new markets, key accounts, EPC contractors, consultants, and strategic customers.
Preferred Experience: 5+ years in industrial sales, water infrastructure, storage tanks, silos, steel structures, EPC, or related sectors.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
