Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and deductions.
- Process payroll transactions such as salaries, incentives, reimbursements, taxes, and statutory deductions.
- Prepare payroll reports and maintain accurate documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, payroll regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with employees to resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies
- Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll records and reports.
- Monitor payroll processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processing, salary structures, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
Experience & Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or HR payroll operations.
- Experience working with payroll management systems and statutory compliance processes is preferred
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
