About the role
We are looking for passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our Aqua Sales Team. This role is exclusively focused on promoting and selling our aquaculture products by understanding customer requirements, identifying farm challenges, and offering suitable product-based solutions.
A specific educational degree is not required. We value passion, communication, learning ability, customer attention, and a strong desire to build a career in sales. Selected candidates will receive comprehensive training, product knowledge, field guidance, and professional sales tools before and during their work.
Sales representatives commonly succeed through customer relationship-building, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable solutions, following up, and achieving sales targets; formal degrees are not always required for entry-level sales positions.
Key responsibilities
- Visit and communicate with aqua farmers, dealers, distributors, and prospective customers.
- Understand customer needs, farm situations, challenges, and expectations.
- Recommend appropriate company products and solutions based on customer requirements.
- Present product benefits, usage methods, application guidelines, and value to customers.
- Generate new leads and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Promote company products ethically and professionally.
- Follow up with customers after product usage to understand satisfaction and requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical and support teams to provide suitable solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales, customer-development, and collection targets.
- Maintain regular contact with existing customers and identify repeat-business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations, farmer meetings, market visits, and promotional activities.
- Collect customer feedback and share market information with the company.
- Monitor competitor products, pricing, customer preferences, and market developments.
- Maintain daily visit reports, customer records, order details, and follow-up information.
- Support order processing, delivery coordination, payment follow-up, and customer service.

The selected candidates will receive:

- Support in lead generation and customer follow-up.
- Regular performance guidance and career-development support.

- Fixed salary: ₹ 15000 per month.
