Job Overview
We are looking for passionate and experienced Virtual Trainers to deliver engaging online training sessions and help learners build practical knowledge and industry-ready skills. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create an interactive virtual learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live virtual training sessions in an engaging and interactive manner
- Deliver course content clearly with real-world examples and practical applications
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments
- Evaluate learner progress and provide constructive feedback
- Resolve student queries and support learners throughout the training journey
- Encourage active participation and maintain learner engagement during sessions
- Track attendance, training progress, and submit session reports on time
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth training delivery
Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in teaching, training, or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent subject knowledge in the relevant domain
- Comfortable using virtual teaching platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or LMS tools
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
- Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory

- Online teaching or virtual training experience
- Strong classroom management skills in a digital environment
- Presentation and public speaking skills
- Time management and professionalism
- Passion for teaching and mentoring learners
