Job Responsibilities:-Billing, Recording, Data Entry, Reconciliation, Invoicing , Data Maintaining, Stock, Inventory General Accounting Vendor Payment & petty cash
1).Daily Worker Attendance (Register Maintain)
2).Daily / Monthly Worker Wages Report( Pressman, G.W, Overtime)
3). Worker PF Work ( PF Withdrawal , KYC, Nominee)
4).Daily Production Report Update.
5) Daily Ballmill Report Update.
6) Vendor Payment .
7) Prepared GRN ( Good Reveived Note)- Material Check & Quantity verify ( Bill & GRN Photo Copy Send Mail)
8) Petty Cash
9) Daily Basis Sales & Purchase Entry In Tally Software
10) Bank Reconciliation
11) Monthly Stock report & color report .
12) Book The order , Raw Material, Packing material, Maintaiance Material & Misc Material
13) Tracking the Order
14) Transport Bills
15) Basic GST calculation statement and ready to learn if needs to work on GST portal
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month
