Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly driven IT Manager who takes complete ownership of projects and delivers with accountability. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, capable of managing clients, leading teams, and handling multiple projects simultaneously with confidence and clarity. You should be someone who proactively identifies challenges, takes responsibility for outcomes, and ensures successful project delivery end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership and accountability for end-to-end project delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and professional communication
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams (development, QA, design)
- Plan and allocate resources efficiently across projects
- Drive regular client and team meetings, ensuring transparency and alignment
- Identify risks, delays, and issues proactively and take corrective actions
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations and business goals
- Foster a culture of responsibility, collaboration, and performance within the team
- Track project performance, KPIs, and continuously improve delivery processes
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2–10 years of experience in IT industry with project and resource management
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability in previous roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing experience is a must)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
- Good understanding of SDLC and project methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
- Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and work under pressure
- Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
Education & Background:
- Educational background is flexible — any degree is acceptable
- What matters most is practical experience, communication skills, and ability to take ownership
- Candidates from diverse backgrounds with strong IT project experience are encouraged to apply
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent
- Experience managing remote or distributed teams
- Exposure to modern technologies, cloud platforms, or enterprise solutions
