Job Title: Sales & Distribution Executive – Ice Cream Products

We are a growing ice cream distribution company committed to delivering high-quality frozen desserts to retailers, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and institutional customers. We are looking for an energetic and results-driven Sales & Distribution Executive to expand our market presence and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets, grocery stores, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits and generate new business opportunities.
- Ensure timely delivery of ice cream products as per customer orders and committed schedules.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
- Prepare daily visit reports and sales performance reports.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, food products, beverages, dairy, or ice cream sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
- Good knowledge of local markets and distribution channels.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and mobile reporting applications.
