Role description
Responsible for strengthening OT security maturity across plant environments through targeted stakeholder awareness and engagement. Conduct security assessments in alignment with TSL’s security policies, standards, and guidelines, and drive closure of identified gaps. Monitor and report maturity improvements across OT landscapes. Facilitate adoption and compliance with TSL security policies within plant operations, ensuring consistent understanding and implementation across stakeholders. Support continuous improvement of OT security posture through periodic reviews, awareness initiatives, and alignment with organisational security requirements.
Skills
Ability to assess OT environments, identify control gaps, and evaluate compliance with organisational security standards.
- Working knowledge of industrial control systems, automation technologies, communication protocols, and associated security risks.
- Proficiency in reviewing and strengthening security controls across plant systems, including vulnerability identification and remediation tracking
Capability to interpret security policies/standards and guide plant teams in effective adoption within operational environments.
