Job Summary
EMC Elim Medical Consultancy is looking for a dynamic and experienced Telecaller Executive to join our team in Choolaimedu, Chennai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, experience in telecalling or telesales, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients over the phone.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and patients.
- Explain company services and generate leads.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships.
- Handle inbound calls and customer inquiries professionally.
- Maintain call records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams for client requirements.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
