We are seeking a meticulous and clinically-minded individual to manage our Medical Records Department. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between healthcare administration and clinical data. Utilizing a *B.Sc. Nursing* background, the MRD Officer will ensure flawless management, tracking, and auditing of all patient medical records, legal consents, and regulatory documentation required under ART (Assisted Reproductive Technology) guidelines.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Clinical Data & Consent Management
* Consent Auditing: Review, verify, and organize complex, legally binding consent forms signed by couples before any ART procedure (Oocyte Retrieval, Embryo Transfer, ICSI, Cryopreservation).
* Treatment Timeline Tracking: Maintain flawless chronological records of stimulation cycles, hormonal profiles, ultrasound reports, and embryology lab outcomes.
* Clinical Coding: Utilize clinical knowledge to accurately interpret, index, and code medical diagnoses and procedures according to international standard
2. Identity Verification & Sample Traceability (Chain of Custody)
* Data Cross-Referencing: Collaborate with the embryology lab to cross-verify unique patient IDs and electronic witnessing systems to ensure 100% accurate matchmaking of gametes/embryos.
* Outcome Archiving: Document and archive pregnancy test results (Beta-hCG), early obstetric scans, and delivery outcomes for successful IVF cases
3. Regulatory & Legal Compliance
* ART Act Documentation:* Maintain records strictly in accordance with national ART and surrogacy regulation guidelines.
* Audit Readiness:* Keep the MRD in a permanent state of audit-readiness for inspections by local health authorities and national registries.
* Statistical Reporting: Prepare monthly and annual success rate data, cycle counts, and complication reports for clinic management.
4. Confidentiality & Data Security
* *Access Control: Enforce strict confidentiality of highly sensitive patient information, managing digital permissions and physical files.
* *Release of Information: Securely handle authorized requests for medical records from patients, legal entities, or insurance companies following privacy protocols.
QUALIFICATIONS & ELIGIBILITY
Bsc Education's. in Nursing* from a recognized institution.
Experience:1–3 years of experience in a hospital MRD, clinical data management role, or IVF center setup is preferred (Freshers with strong computer skills and top clinical compliance scores may apply).
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in IVF Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, hospital management systems, and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
