Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Account Manager to manage and grow seller accounts on Amazon.in. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving seller performance, and ensuring an exceptional experience for marketplace sellers through continuous support and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations and performance of assigned seller accounts on Amazon.in.
- Drive seller growth by analyzing sales trends, identifying opportunities, and implementing strategies to improve sales performance.
- Onboard new sellers, educate them on Amazon policies, tools, and best practices.
- Work closely with sellers to optimize listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising for better visibility and conversions.
- Monitor key metrics such as Order Defect Rate, Cancellation Rate, Late Dispatch Rate, and A-to-Z claims to maintain account health.
- Assist sellers in resolving operational issues related to payments, logistics, or product listings.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns (Deals, Lightning Deals, Sponsored Ads) to increase visibility and sales.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Ads, Category, and Operations) to deliver a seamless seller experience.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights to help sellers make data-driven business decisions.
- Retain and grow seller relationships by maintaining regular communication and ensuring satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce Account Management / Seller Support / Marketplace Operations (Amazon.in).
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace policies.
- Proficiency in Excel and analytical tools; ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in Amazon Ads (PPC), SEO, and catalog optimization.
- Knowledge of FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) models.
- Strong problem-solving and ownership mindset.
- Ability to handle escalations and build long-term seller trust.
Role Type: Full-Time

Pay: ₹24,000.00 per month
