- Direct Patient Care: Perform head-to-toe assessments, monitor vital signs, and manage day-to-day patient comfort and care plans.
- Treatments & Meds: Safely administer medications (oral, IV, injections) and perform clinical procedures like blood draws and wound dressing.
- Documentation: Keep accurate, real-time electronic charting (EHR) of patient status and treatments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with doctors, therapists, and fellow nurses during shift handoffs and rounds to ensure seamless care.
- Patient Education: Clearly explain discharge instructions and health management to patients and their families.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
