- Qualification:
- Plus Two / Any Graduation
- Good communication and willingness to work in a customer support role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to enquiries
- Make outbound calls for lead follow-ups and service reminders
- Provide information about vehicles, offers, and services
- Update customer details in CRM or call tracking system
- Coordinate with sales and service teams for customer support
- Schedule appointments, test drives, and service bookings
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending leads and queries
- Maintain call quality and customer satisfaction standards
Work Schedule
- Working Hours: Flexible shift
- Weekly Off: Sunday
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
