- Manage and grow ecommerce sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other online platforms
- Execute strategies to increase online revenue and customer acquisition
- Monitor daily sales performance and marketplace analytics
- Optimize product listings for visibility and conversions
- Coordinate product launches, offers, and promotional campaigns
- Handle marketplace operations including catalog management and pricing updates
- Ensure inventory availability and coordinate with operations/logistics teams
- Maintain accurate product information, images, and descriptions across platforms
- Track customer reviews, ratings, and marketplace health metrics
- Respond to customer queries and resolve escalations promptly
- Work closely with the marketing team on digital campaigns and promotions
- Support performance marketing initiatives to improve ROAS and conversions
- Analyze ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
- Generate weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Improve customer retention and repeat purchase rates
- Ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment coordination
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers where applicable
- Identify opportunities for expanding online distribution channels
- Stay updated on ecommerce best practices and platform changes
- Contribute to the growth of Algology’s wellness and algae-based product portfolio
