About the Role
SourceStack Group is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll connect with IT professionals, explain our placement and career plans, and help candidates choose the services best suited to their career goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to prospective candidates via calls and other communication channels.
- Explain our placement and career service plans.
- Convert leads into customers by recommending the right plan.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Recruitment, Teecalling, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and KPIs.
