Key Responsibilities
- Laboratory Procedures: Perform and assist with sperm preparation, oocyte identification, fertilization (IVF/ICSI), and embryo grading.
- Cryopreservation: Assist in the freezing (vitrification) and thawing of sperm, oocytes, and embryos.
- Quality Control & Maintenance: Monitor CO2 levels, temperature, and cleanliness of incubators and laboratory equipment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, detailed records of patient data and daily laboratory logs, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards (e.g., ART Act, ISO).
- Support: Assist doctors during egg retrieval and embryo transfer procedures

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree (MSc) in Clinical Embryology, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in an IVF laboratory is preferred but not always required for entry-level positions.
- Skills: High attention to detail, strong technical skills in microscopy, and ability to follow strict SOPs

Pay: ₹15,269.72 - ₹87,436.16 per month
