Job Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain FTTH (Fiber to the Home) broadband connections.
- Perform fiber optic cable laying, splicing, and jointing.
- Install and configure ONT/ONU devices and Wi-Fi routers.
- Troubleshoot fiber, internet, and network connectivity issues.
- Conduct optical power testing and basic OTDR testing.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of fiber networks.
- Coordinate with the technical team for fault resolution.
- Ensure timely service installation and customer support.
- Maintain daily work reports and installation records.
- Follow company safety and quality standards.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of FTTH installation and fiber optics.
- Experience in fiber splicing and cable laying.
- Basic understanding of OLT, ONT/ONU, and networking.
- Ability to troubleshoot broadband and Wi-Fi issues.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.
- Basic smartphone knowledge for reporting.
Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma / 10th / 12th (Technical candidates preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in Fiber/Telecom/Broadband field (Freshers with technical knowledge can also apply)
Preferred:
- Valid Driving License
- Own Two-Wheeler
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
