Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage day-to-day showroom operations.
- Achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop business strategies to increase customer footfall and revenue.
- Supervise, train, motivate, and evaluate showroom staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints.
- Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities.
- Monitor inventory, stock movements, and visual merchandising.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities.
- Prepare operational and sales report for management.

Qualification:

Experience:
- Jwellery experience preferred.
- 7-10 yr of retail experience, preferably in jwellery industry with managerial experience
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
