NeverOwned is looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across sales and operations. The role will analyse business data, own management dashboards, track performance indicators, identify trends and gaps, and convert findings into practical recommendations. You will work closely with sales, customer support, finance, and operations teams to improve reporting accuracy, process efficiency, and business performance.
Business Data Analysis: Analyse sales, leads, inventory, customer, and operational data to identify trends, gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Dashboard & MIS Ownership: Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards for target vs. achievement, conversion rates, lead status, stock movement, and other key performance indicators.
Advanced Excel Reporting: Build structured Excel and Google Sheets reports using formulas, lookup functions, pivot tables, charts, data validation, conditional formatting, and reusable templates.
Data Consolidation: Compile data from CRM systems, sales team inputs, lead trackers, and operational sources into accurate master databases.
Performance Tracking: Monitor departmental and individual performance against targets, highlight deviations, and share actionable observations with management.
Data Accuracy & Controls: Cross-verify records, identify mismatches or duplicates, maintain data integrity, and establish checks for reliable reporting.
Process Analysis & Documentation: Map business processes, maintain SOPs and trackers, identify bottlenecks, and recommend practical process improvements.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with sales, customer support, finance, and operations teams to collect inputs, clarify discrepancies, and ensure timely reporting.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong command of MS Excel, including advanced formulas, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, charts, data cleaning, conditional formatting, and data validation.
Strong working knowledge of Google Sheets and the ability to manage structured trackers and collaborative reports.
Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and present findings in a clear and business-focused manner.
Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and problem-solving ability.
Good communication and coordination skills for working across multiple teams.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, dashboarding, or business intelligence tools will be an advantage.
Ability to take ownership, manage deadlines, and handle recurring reporting independently.

CTC: ₹3.6–4.0 Lakhs per annum
