Role Summary: To handle daily office tasks, keep the space organized, and assist the team with errands and documentation.
Main Duties:
- Pantry: Make and serve tea/coffee for staff and guests; keep the pantry clean.
- Cleaning: Maintain general neatness of desks and meeting rooms.
- Couriers: Record all incoming and outgoing packages in the register.
- Files: Move documents between departments and assist with photocopying/scanning.
- Errands: Handle basic outdoor office tasks when needed.
Requirements:
- Honest, punctual, and polite.
- Basic reading and writing skills for records.
- Ability to use a photocopy machine.
