Cavea is a curated creative-community platform launching in Bhubaneswar — a home for photographers, poets, filmmakers, and musicians to build reputation through their work and find collaborators. We're an early-stage startup building something intentionally different from typical social media, and we're looking for a video editor to help bring our creator stories to life. What you'll do: Edit short-form video content (Reels/Stories) featuring local artists, photographers, and creators for Cavea's Instagram Cut creator spotlight videos, behind-the-scenes footage, and event/launch content Collaborate directly with the founding team on visual style and pacing to match Cavea's premium, editorial tone (think cultural publication, not typical startup content) Help shape the visual identity of Cavea's video presence from the ground up You might be a good fit if you: Have experience with Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing tools Have a strong eye for pacing, music sync, and visual storytelling Are based in or near Bhubaneswar (or can work remotely with regular check-ins) Want real ownership and portfolio-worthy work on a platform from its earliest days, not just busywork What you get: Founding-team-level involvement in an early-stage startup Direct mentorship and creative input into Cavea's brand A strong portfolio piece — real published work, not a simulated project Flexible hours
