Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the real estate industry and possess excellent communication skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and generate quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle inbound and outbound calls for project inquiries
· Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
· Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming real estate projects
· Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team
· Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups
· Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
· Minimum 2 years of experience, preferably in a real estate company
· Excellent communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, and English
· Strong interpersonal and convincing abilities
· Basic to good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
· Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
