We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the brand's social media presence across various platforms. You will play a key role in strategizing and executing social media campaigns, ensuring our brand's messaging aligns with our vision, and driving engagement and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a detailed content calendar that ensures consistent posting across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Brand Positioning: Ensure all content and campaigns align with the brand's positioning, tone, and values, while also reaching target audiences effectively.
- Campaign Development: Generate innovative campaign ideas to boost brand visibility and awareness, from conceptualization to execution.
- Brand Visual Ideas: Collaborate with design teams to create visually compelling content that resonates with our audience and enhances brand identity.
- Campaign Awareness: Increase campaign reach through targeted strategies, promoting brand recognition and engagement.
- Hashtag Strategy: Create and manage brand-specific hashtags to improve discoverability and enhance engagement on social media platforms.
- Software Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media management tools and platforms, utilizing analytics software and social scheduling tools to track performance and optimize strategies.
- Paid Marketing & Boosting: Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads), including budget management, targeting, and optimization for better ROI.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (engagement rates, reach, impressions, etc.) to evaluate campaign performance. Use data-driven insights to optimize future strategies.
- Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors’ social media activity, campaigns, and audience engagement to stay ahead of market trends.
- Strategic Campaign Planning: Develop and implement strategic campaigns that align with marketing goals, increase brand visibility, and drive customer interaction.
- Brand Analysis: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts, providing feedback and strategies for continuous improvement.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Should experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in digital marketing.
- Must have a strong understanding of social media platforms and how to optimize each for engagement and results.
- Expertise in paid marketing and boosting techniques across social media platforms.
