We are looking for an experienced professional responsible for generating business opportunities and manual leads for the company through field activities and direct market networking. This role is focused on business growth and lead generation, not direct sales closing.
The candidate will work on expanding the company’s reach for:
- Residential Properties – Apartments, Flats, Villas, Independent Houses
- Commercial Properties – Shops, Office Spaces, Showrooms, Commercial Units
- Plots/Land – Residential and Commercial Plots
- Visit markets, business areas, and targeted locations to generate manual leads
- Develop business through direct client interaction and field networking
- Build relationships with property owners, brokers, investors, and local contacts
- Identify potential customers and share project information with them
- Conduct field activities to increase brand visibility and lead generation
- Coordinate interested leads with the internal sales team
- Maintain daily reports of field visits and lead generation activities
- Support company growth through strong market presence and networking
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate business development or field marketing
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Ability to generate leads through direct market visits and references
- Good understanding of the local real estate market
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel locally for field activities
- Two-wheeler preferred for market visits
