Job Description
We are looking for confident, energetic, and excellent communicators to join our team as Part-Time Brand Promoters for our new and growing dating platform.
As a Brand Promoter, you will represent our platform at assigned locations, interact with potential users, explain our services and features, and assist interested users in creating genuine and complete profiles on our website/app.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy field work, meeting new people, communication, and performance-based earning.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote our dating platform at assigned locations across Delhi NCR.
- Approach and interact with potential users in a friendly and professional manner.
- Explain the platform, features, benefits, and registration process.
- Assist interested users with creating genuine and complete profiles.
- Achieve assigned daily and weekly registration targets.
- Contribute to the overall team target of 5,000+ genuine profiles per week.
- Use assigned referral links/codes to track registrations.
- Maintain daily performance records and reports.
- Represent the company professionally at all times.
- Follow company guidelines related to user privacy, safety, consent, and data protection.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and outgoing personality
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
- Good convincing and presentation skills
- Friendly, professional, and positive attitude
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in a field environment
- Basic smartphone and internet knowledge
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, field promotion, events, or customer interaction is an advantage
- Freshers are welcome
- Candidates must be 18+
Incentive Structure
This is a performance-based part-time opportunity.
- Incentives are negotiable
- Earnings are linked to successful profile completion and performance
- Additional performance bonuses may be available
- Detailed incentive structure will be discussed during the interview
Only genuine, eligible, verified, and sufficiently completed profiles will be counted for incentive purposes. Fake, duplicate, fraudulent, or incomplete profiles will not qualify.
Working Duration
The selected candidates will be engaged for 2–5 months, depending on campaign requirements and individual performance.
Walk-In Interview
Walk-in interviews are conducted Monday to Saturday.
