Job Description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM Integration Consultant to provide remote job support on a part-time freelance basis. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and integration technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily job support for ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM activities.
- Assist with ServiceNow integrations and troubleshooting.
- Support incident, change, and problem management processes.
- Work on integration requirements involving REST/SOAP APIs.
- Guide and assist with configuration, customization, and workflow-related tasks.
- Resolve technical issues and provide best-practice recommendations.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and scripting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
