Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Property Advisors/Relationship Managers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions.
- Assist team members in handling key client interactions and closing high-value deals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve team productivity and revenue generation.
- Track team performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management.
- Ensure proper lead management and CRM updates by the team.
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction levels.
Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹660,000.00 per year
