Key Responsibilities
* Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, and material palettes.
* Prepare layout plans, detailed drawings, and presentation sheets.
* Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and preferences.
* Work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
* Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and site coordination drawings.
* Conduct site visits and monitor execution as per design intent.
* Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and civil teams for smooth execution.
* Ensure timely delivery of drawings and project milestones.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of space planning and interior design concepts.
- Good creativity and visualization skills.
- Good understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and color combinations.
- Ability to read and prepare technical/working drawings.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Good coordination and project management abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Source materials, furniture, lighting, and finishes as per project requirements.
* Maintain project documentation and design updates.
Required Skills
* Strong design and space planning skills.
* Knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and lighting.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
* Knowledge of 3D software and rendering tools is an advantage.
* Good communication and client-handling skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Qualification
* Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
* Freshers or 2–5 years of relevant experience in residential and commercial interior projects.
Preferred Qualities:
* Creative thinking with attention to detail.
* Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.
* Site execution understanding and vendor management experience.
* Passion for design and innovation
Pay: ₹30,922.15 - ₹80,623.73 per month
