Key Responsibilities:
- Handle electrical maintenance and troubleshooting work
- Attend plumbing-related repairs and maintenance
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems, AC units, and ventilation systems
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Follow safety standards and company protocols at all times
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of Electrical systems and wiring
- Basic understanding of Plumbing and HVAC operations
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle site maintenance independently
- Good communication and coordination skills
