Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to drive business growth, develop strategic partnerships, acquire new clients, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, sales, and relationship management skills with a proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and acquire new clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Lead the sales team and monitor performance against targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare and deliver business presentations, proposals, and negotiations.
- Generate revenue through client acquisition and account management.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve business outcomes.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking activities.
