About the Position
We are seeking a highly capable Technical Project Manager with strong Odoo ERP expertise and hands-on AI implementation experience to lead the development and deployment of next-generation AI-powered business systems.
This is not a traditional project management role.
You will be responsible for driving the strategy, planning, execution, and successful delivery of Odoo-based business platforms, AI-powered automation initiatives, Agentic AI solutions, and intelligent business workflows.
You will work closely with stakeholders, Odoo developers, AI engineers, product teams, and leadership to transform business requirements into scalable AI-powered operational systems.
The ideal candidate understands ERP systems, AI technologies, business operations, and software delivery, and can bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
Odoo ERP Leadership
- Lead Odoo ERP implementation, enhancement, optimization, and transformation initiatives.
- Gather and document business requirements from multiple departments.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Configure and optimize Odoo workflows and business processes.
- Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and adoption initiatives.
- Identify operational inefficiencies and design improved ERP workflows.
AI Systems & Automation
- Lead the design and delivery of AI-powered business solutions built on top of Odoo.
- Define AI use cases across sales, customer service, operations, compliance, logistics, finance, and management.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to implement:
- AI Agents
- Multi-Agent Systems
- LLM-powered workflows
- RAG applications
- AI copilots
- Workflow automation systems
- Intelligent business assistants
- Evaluate new AI technologies and identify opportunities for implementation.
- Drive AI adoption across departments and business functions.
Project & Program Management
- Own project delivery from concept through deployment.
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and execution tracking.
- Coordinate internal teams across Product, Engineering, AI, Operations, and Leadership.
- Ensure successful delivery of multiple concurrent initiatives.
Team Leadership
- Manage and coordinate internal Odoo developers, AI engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams.
- Drive accountability, ownership, and execution across projects.
- Mentor team members and establish project management best practices.

Requirements
Must Have
- 5+ years of experience in Odoo ERP project management, implementation, consulting, or business systems leadership.
- Strong hands-on functional expertise across:
- Sales
- CRM

- Experience delivering multiple full-cycle Odoo implementations.
- Hands-on Odoo configuration experience.
- Experience managing software development projects and technical teams.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI-powered solutions in real business environments.
- Experience working with one or more of the following:

- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.

- Odoo v17 or v18 experience.
- Odoo.sh experience.
- Product Management or Product Owner experience.
- Experience leading AI transformation initiatives.
- Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangGraph, or similar frameworks.
- PMP, Scrum Master, Prince2, or Agile certifications.
- Odoo Certification.
- Experience in distribution, logistics, wholesale, supply chain, marketplaces, SaaS, or ERP-driven businesses.
