Job Title: Science Teacher (Grades 8–10)

About the Role
MT Classes is seeking a passionate and dedicated Science Teacher to teach students of Grades 8–10. The ideal candidate should be capable of teaching all three science subjects—Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (PCB)—with clarity and enthusiasm. Candidates who can also teach Mathematics will be given preference, though this is not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Science (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology) to students of Grades 8–10.
- Plan and deliver engaging, concept-based lessons.
- Prepare worksheets, assignments, and periodic assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Clear students’ doubts and offer academic support.
- Maintain a disciplined, positive, and motivating classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to improve student outcomes.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science (B.Sc./M.Sc.) or a related field.
- B.Ed. is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior teaching experience is preferred; enthusiastic freshers with strong subject knowledge are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and classroom management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Strong command of Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Grades 8–10).
- Ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Good English and/or Marathi/Hindi communication skills.
- Ability to teach Mathematics will be an added advantage but is not mandatory.
