Develop, optimize and maintain CNC programs for CNC Turning, VMC, HMC and Wire EDM while coordinating with design, production and quality teams.
- Prepare CNC/CAM programs
- Optimize machining processes
- Select appropriate tools and fixtures

- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Validate program accuracy and efficiency

Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with relevant CNC programming experience.
- CNC Controllers: Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi
- Software: CAM software proficiency
- Programming Languages: G & M code
- Standards: Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- Machining: Understanding of machining parameters
- Quality Control: Knowledge of inspection methods
