Finance Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Analyst to support financial reporting, budgeting, cost analysis, MIS, and management reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and hands-on experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, and ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly Management Accounts, MIS reports, and dashboards.
- Analyze cost drivers, overheads, and operational metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with Ind AS.
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor actual income and expenses against budget.
- Analyze budget variances, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights.
- Reconcile financial transactions by validating data and correcting discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory audit teams to ensure smooth audit and year-end closure.
- Support management with financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Education
- Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
- CA-Inter / CMA-Inter qualification will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial analysis, budgeting, MIS, or management reporting.
- Experience in a manufacturing / textile / apparel industry will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Hands-on experience with ERP software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Good understanding of cost analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, and variance analysis.
- Knowledge of Ind AS and audit procedures.
- Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
