We are hiring multiple Bakery Chefs (Commi's Chef to DCDP) to join our growing culinary team. You will be responsible for creating, baking, and presenting a wide variety of high-quality breads, pastries, and confections. If you have a passion for baking, strong attention to detail, and a creative flair, we want to hear from you.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or relevant role.
- Education: Formal training or a diploma/certificate in culinary arts, pastry-making, or baking is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of baking techniques, dough handling, and precise recipe measurement.
- Creativity: Artistic ability for decorating cakes and confections.
- Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment and flexibility with work hours (including early mornings, weekends, or holidays).
