Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the hiring process.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files.
- Track employee attendance, leave records, and coordinate payroll inputs.
- Draft offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee development initiatives.
- Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Manage employee exit formalities, including exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
