We are looking for
Quality Lab Executive at Euro Panel Ltd.
Experience- 2-5 years
Education - Any Graduate/ B.Sc. ( chemistry)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct LDPE quality tests as per standard procedures.
- Perform MFI (Melt Flow Index) testing.
- Check Density of LDPE material.
- Conduct Tensile Strength and Elongation tests.
- Perform Dart Impact and Tear Strength testing.
- Measure Thickness (Micron/Gauge) of films.
- Check COF (Coefficient of Friction) as required.
- Monitor Heat Seal Strength and sealing properties.
- Inspect film appearance, transparency, haze, and surface defects.
- Maintain laboratory records, test reports, and quality documents.
- Calibrate and maintain testing instruments.
- Identify non-conforming products and report quality issues.
- Coordinate with Production and QA teams for corrective actions.
