Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management
- Sourcing candidates through job portals & social platforms
- Screening resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
- Coordinating interview schedules with candidates
- Candidate follow-ups and status updates
- Maintaining recruitment trackers & reports
- Candidates with good communication & coordination skills
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Experience with job portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) preferred
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- MS Excel knowledge (preferred)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
