Key Responsibilities
Plan and develop event concepts according to client or organizational requirements.
Prepare event budgets and manage expenses.
Select and negotiate with venues, vendors, caterers, decorators, and other service providers.
Coordinate event logistics, including transportation, accommodation, equipment, and scheduling.
Manage event marketing, promotions, and registrations when required.
Supervise event staff, volunteers, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and permits.
Handle on-site event operations and troubleshoot issues during events.
Evaluate event success through feedback and post-event reports.
Maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

Professional certifications in event management can be an advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
