Position: Graduate Trainee / Management Trainee
Location: Jamshedpur, Jharkhand
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainees/Management Trainees. This role offers hands-on exposure to operations, project coordination, business development, and cross-functional activities while providing excellent learning and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily operations and project coordination.
- Support documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients.
- Participate in site visits and safety activities.
- Support business development, market research, and proposal preparation.
- Ensure effective communication and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Commerce, or Management (MBA preferred).
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, MS Office, teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and travel to project sites when required.
Pay: Up to ₹400,000.00 per year
