1. Primarily focuses on making outbound or receiving inbound calls to generate leads, provide support, or sell products/services.
2. Make calls to prospective or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or offers
3. Schedule meetings, demos, or product presentations for the sales team.
4. Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
5. Handle incoming calls, answer customer queries, and resolve issues
6. Provide detailed product or service information to callers
7. Identify potential customers, understand their needs, and persuade them to take action (e.g., purchase or attend a demo)
8. Maintain records of conversations, leads, and customer information in the system
9. Meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, or sales closed.
10. Develop a rapport with customers and build long-term relationships through regular follow-ups.
11. Gather feedback on products/services and communicate it to the relevant teams
12. Bridge between the sales team and customers to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
