- Assist in managing daily café operations and ensure smooth functioning of all shifts.
- Supervise and guide café staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain brand standards.
- Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, and manpower planning.
- Oversee opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily operational reports.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery effectively.
- Coordinate with kitchen, procurement, and support teams to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor inventory levels, control wastage, and ensure proper stock management.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, health & safety regulations, and audit requirements.
- Support training, onboarding, and performance management of café team members.
- Conduct periodic outlet inspections and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
