Position: Senior Brand Designer
Location: Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Experience Required: 10+ years
One piece of creative, every format it needs to live in, looking right every time.
Every event needs to show up everywhere, and look like it belongs.
Every event needs its own version of the same idea: a Meta ad, a Story, an in-app card, a banner. Someone has to take what's already been created and make it work everywhere it needs to, without it ever going flat, off-brand, or late. That's this role.
You'll work at the point where design meets scale. The creative already exists: your job is making sure it lands right, wherever a fan sees it first.
Real responsibilities, not a wish list
- Lead creative and build it out across every format we need: Meta ad specs, Stories, Reels, and in-platform placements.
- This isn't just resizing. Turning a square post into a Story means recomposing hierarchy, not cropping. You'll need real layout judgment: what to resize, what to rebuild, what to cut.
- Build in-platform assets: event cards, banners, promo placements, notification imagery.
- Turn around high volumes of variants without the quality dropping as the count goes up.
- Work closely with design and marketing to understand a campaign before you start building for it.
- Use AI tools where they genuinely speed up the work, not where they replace your judgment.
Specific experience, not vague credentials
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong in Photoshop, comfortable in Figma.
- A real eye for layout, typography, and hierarchy. The fundamentals matter more than range right now.
- Comfortable working inside an existing brand system, not freestyling.
- Fast without needing heavy hand-holding once the direction is set.
- After Effects or motion editing skills.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager specs and placements.
How we know this is the right fit
- You make things work everywhere, not just on the screen you designed them for.
- A layout that only looks good in one format isn't finished. You think in placements from the start.
- You respect the brand system, even when it's boring.
- You move fast without cutting corners.
- Volume is part of this role. Speed that costs quality isn't speed, it's a problem for someone else to fix later.
